Terms of Service
The agreement
These terms govern your use of ybuild. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using ybuild for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your e-mail secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us promptly at support@ybuild.com if you believe your account has been misused.
What you make
You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the sites and applications ybuild builds for you from it. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ybuild to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to send unsolicited bulk e-mail, to host malware or deceptive material, or to attack or overload the platform or anyone else. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and generated output may need review before you rely on it.
Fees
Paid plans and usage-based charges are described in the product before you incur them. Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
Ending it
You may stop using ybuild and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached, or if required by law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
