Privacy Policy
Who we are
ybuild (“we”, “us”) operates the ybuild platform at ybuild.com and its subdomains. You can reach us at support@ybuild.com.
What we collect
When you create an account or sign in we process:
- Your e-mail address — the single identifier for your account. We use it to send one-time sign-in codes and service notices.
- Your name, if you give one or if it is supplied by a sign-in provider you choose to use.
- A session cookie, so you stay signed in. It is required for the service to function and is not used for advertising.
- Content you create — the descriptions, projects, documents and data you enter in order to have something built.
- Operational records — logs of requests and actions, kept to run the service, investigate faults and prevent abuse.
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider, we receive your e-mail address, whether that address is verified, and your name where the provider supplies it. We do not receive your password, and we do not request access to your mail, files, contacts or calendar. We use this only to identify your account.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your content to train models for anyone else.
Processors
We use service providers to run the platform — cloud hosting and content delivery, e-mail delivery for sign-in codes, payment processing, and model providers that generate what you ask for. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their part of the service.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as the account exists. Sign-in codes are short-lived and expire within minutes. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise the associated data, except where we are required to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to support@ybuild.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and, where it affects you, by e-mail.
